Update your Race Entry

The CYCA is working on a new online entry system to help streamline and simplify the process for owners. The Club has begun to implement the new system in stages.

Boats will be provided with an account and access to an online compliance checklist, regularly updated by the CYCA Sailing Office. This dynamic checklist will allow owners and/or boat representatives to see what documentation has been submitted, what documents are being assessed or may have queries to be resolved, and what has been approved.

Practical Information

Different Series

The Audi Centre Sydney Blue Water Pointscore incorporates the Blue Water Pointscore (IRC), Tasman Performance Series (PHS) and Bass & Flinders Series (Line Honours).

Different Divisions

All yachts are entered into Line Honours and PHS. Competitors who have submitted valid IRC Certificates will be automatically entered into that series/division.

Other Major Offshore Races – Separate Entries

Entry to the NSGCYR and RSHYR must be made separately through their respective Online Entry portal. Competitors are required to complete entry details in each separate race. Documentation on file with the Sailing Office will automatically be transferred between races. New crew lists must be submitted for each race.
