Imagination has competed successfully in Short Ocean Pointscore Series at the CYCA for many years.  She has campaigned the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race on four occasions and will once again line up for this years 75th Anniversary race, skippered by Robin Hawthorn.  Robin's son Hamish has relocated to San Francisco but will come out for the race along with his sons Campbell and Rohan.  They have assembled a new crew for this years race and they are shaping up well. 

Imagination is a Farr design Beneteau from the mid 90s and is extremely competitive even against more recent IRC designs.  She was 8th in its IRC division of teh 2019 Noakes Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race.
